I’ve been having thoughts and ideas rumble around in my head about how I want my business to look in the coming year. While I KNOW I have a lot of life left to live, I do want to shift where my focus is, and I want to explore things that excited ME.
Here’s a snippet of what I shared with my biz bestie this morning:
Had an interesting internal response when Monday came around in terms of “being back at my desk” after some time away. I had that kind of “ugh” I’m back at work today. This insight has really inspired the idea of moving away from specific client work – having recurring services like my Protection Plans and Hosting fits into this new vision, but needing to do “client work” UNLESS I can complete in one sitting really needs to be off the table.
What does excite me right now, my new Techlarity Sessions, I can wait to share more about those soon with my community, it’s more of these kinds of things I want in my life and business. Space to allow me to explore my curiosities and share how I’m making it all work.
I strongly believe that we can all build businesses we absolutely adore and that excited us each and every day, sometimes that means shifting how we do things. Letting go of services or offers that no longer fit our new vision. This is why I retired my courses earlier this year, I was no longer inspired by offering courses. What will replace that I’m not clear on yet, but it will come, I can feel it bubbling up and will reveal itself soon.
I’m feeling a big shift in the online world and I see there will be multiple spaces depending on where you focus. You will still have the big “bro marketer” types using Ai to drive everything, you’ll also have the high level mentors offering marketing advice that might not yet be relevant to you.
Finally, you’ll have the small creators the ones doing their thing sharing what they are doing and reaching their ideal clients all while building a business and life that fits their vision and likely breaking the norms of what ‘should’ be done.
That’s the direction I’m heading….
